Why we collect it

We use this information to evaluate your application, communicate with you about recruitment and onboarding, assess operational fit, and maintain records related to the application process.

Sharing and processing

Application data may be processed by authorized SpeakAmora team members and service providers used to host the website, collect forms and support communication. We do not ask you to upload government ID, passports or other identity documents through this initial form. Do not submit sensitive identity documents here.

Retention and security

We retain application information only for as long as reasonably needed for recruitment, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask about your information, request correction, or request deletion where applicable by contacting trixie@speakamora.com. We may need to keep limited information when required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping.

International applications

SpeakAmora recruits internationally. Your information may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable law and reasonable safeguards.
